The significant actions I performed this morning before the issue were: - bring computer out of sleep - check email in Thunderbird - surf internet in Firefox - open a PDF in Foxit reader - open iTunes (which took an extremely long time, btw) The issue is similar to but different from one posted in January. The minimize, enlarge, and close buttons in the top right corner of the window work normally. The same behavior occurs if I click the top of the window and drag to move, except the cursor stays as an arrow. After unfreezing, the window is resized back to its original dimensions. Jutta Ploessner: : Hallo Michael und Marius Na, ihr erzählt ja tolle Geschichten, vor allem der Papa Habe deinen überaus interessanten Lebenslauf gerade meiner besseren Hälfte Dale auf English übersetzt. To get out of the freeze, I must use alt-tab, windows-tab, or another windows-key combination. Since Firefox 7, it's no longer possible for a web site to change the default size of a window in a browser, according to the following rules: - You can't resize a window or tab that wasn’t created by window. I cannot click on other portions of the window, other windows, or unhide the taskbar with the cursor. This isn't possible, unless the window was opened through javascript using window.open and has only 1 tab in it. The cursor is locked as the resize arrows. If I click and drag, it will move for about a half-second and then freeze. When I open the window's context menu when the window is maximized, the Restore command is available, but not Size (Resize), and if I click. The Restore and Resize commands are grayed-out and unavailable. If I hover over the edge of the window, the resize arrows appear. The only way I can open the FF window when it's in the minimized state is to press Alt+Spacebar to open its context menu and select Maximize. This morning, I have been unable to move or resize my windows in Firefox. Whats the best way to make a video auto-play on the page in a loop like so I dont want to use youtube or any. I installed Windows 7 yesterday and have been using it without many issues until now.
